  • 1/2 medium cucumber, sliced

Steps

  • Layer tomatoes, cucumber and onion in a large salad bowl.
  • Combine oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper; drizzle over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate; until ready to serve.
