Steps

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease muffin pan.
  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Stir in milk, oil, and egg, mixing until dry ingredients are jut moistened.
  • Pour batter into prepared cups.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and wooden pick comes out clean when inserted into center.
