Candy Bar Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chocolate melting wafers, I use these from Ghirardelli
    Sweet Snacks
  • Handful of your favorite candy bars, chopped into bite sized pieces
    Sweet Snacks
  • 6 cups plain popped popcorn (microwavable, stove-top, store-bought, whatever you have)
    Savory Snacks
  • Salt, to taste
    Spices and Seasonings

Steps

  • Place the popcorn in a large bowl and season with salt, to taste. Toss in the candy bars. Melt the chocolate wafers in a small microwavable bowl, according to the directions on the package.
  • Drizzle half of the melted chocolate over the popcorn and toss.
  • Drizzle the rest over top and toss again until evenly coated.
  • Let stand for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is hardened, before serving.
