Coffee Creamer French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 thick slices of bread
    Bakery/Bread
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    Baking
  • 1/2 cup coffee creamer
    Milk, Eggs, Other Dairy
  • 3 eggs
    Milk, Eggs, Other Dairy

Steps

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Pour the pumpkin spice coffee creamer and brown sugar into the eggs and whisk together.Dunk each slice of bread into the egg/coffee creamer mixture and then place on the skillet (1-2 at a time). Cook each side for 1-2 minutes or until slightly browned.
  • Place on plates and serve with maple syrup. Enjoy
