Ingredients

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
    Oil, Vinegar, Salad Dressing
  • 12 oz frozen cherries, thawed

  • 8 oz creamy goat cheese (such as Vermont Creamy Goat Cheese)

  • 2 Tbsp honey
    Nut butters, Jams, and Honey
  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375*F.In a cast iron skillet, add goat cheese then add cherries on top.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is soft and cherries are bubbling hot.
  • Remove from oven, drizzle with honey and top with chopped pistachios.
