Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond meal

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
    Spices and Seasonings
  • 3 eggs
    Milk, Eggs, Other Dairy
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
    Cereal
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    Canned and Jarred
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    Baking

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
  • Place all of the liquid ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds
  • Combine the blended liquids into the dry ingredients Evenly divide the batter into the muffin pan
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until the top are light golden brown
