Pork and Black Beans: Barbecue Slow Cooker Magic

Steps

  • In a slow cooker add drained and rinsed black beans, diced pork, barbecue sauce, onion, and minced garlic.
  • Mix well and then add in 1/2 cup of water.Cook on low 6-7 hours (or high 3-4 hours).
  • Serve Slow Cooker Barbecue Pork with Black Beans on top of Texas Toast.
